We cover the rules of golf, how it has evolved over the years, life as a coach, her coaching philosophy, borrowing strategies from game plays and creating a winning team year on year. We also learn about physical and mental fitness for players and preparation leading upto golf tournaments.
As a UW alumni and former husky, it was an absolute pleasure talking to MaryLou. Go dawgs!
TLDR; If "Tiger Woods" is all you can remember about golf, this is the podcast episode you never knew you needed.
