Growth and Goals Podcast

In today's episode I am walking you through exactly how I conduct my year end review. Now I know what you're thinking, "but Ashleigh there's still 3 months left in the year" I know but I love to do my end of year review now while I am still motivated.

The end of the year can be such a hectic time with the holiday's and New Years, and I often like to spend that time enjoying family or relaxing rather than setting goals. So I highly recommend that you get your goal setting done now, that way you can go ahead and finish the year strong by starting to work towards them early and enjoy the end of year festivities.

Today, I go through 4 steps for a successful end of year review that will help you to reflect, reassess and revamp your goal, priorities, and routines. If you're ready to get back on track, make some progress towards your goals in quarter four, and be ready to hit the ground running come 2025, this episode is for you!

How To Finish The Year Strong

It's the first Monday of quarter four and we've got just under 90 days to finsih the year strong! This is honestly the time of year when I am feeling the most motivated to wrap up the year in a nice little bow and knock out all the things I've been dragging my feet on all year.

Today's Tips:

  1. Do a year end review- check out last weeks episode for a deep dive on exactly how I conduct an end of year review for myself
  2. Purge- get to inbox zero, clean out your closet, declutter your home, start the new year with a clean slate and say goodbye to the mess and the stress
  3. Tie up loose ends- finish any projects you've started or knock those things off your to do list you've been procrastinating on
  4. Finish one more big project- this is going to boost your confidence in yourself and help motivate you for the new year
  5. Save some extra money- start using up your back stock and try shelf cooking, or instead of buying things for yourself start adding them to your holiday wishlist
  6. Start practicing your new years resolutions now- any new habits or routines you've been wanting to implement start doing now, who says you have to wait til January

I hope today's tips help you to make the most of what's left of the year, you've still got plenty of time to make progress towards your goals!
