Going viral on social media can be a lot of fun, but have you ever thought about what would happen if you had THAT much local demand at once?
As a small business, you don't have enough availability or product to go around. So how should you handle all those disappointed people... and keep them happily coming back?
Learn from me... I had a viral snafu a couple years ago. Imagine 1000s of people showing up unexpectedly and not having enough room to get in the door.
But I made a plan for the next time I went viral. And you should too before it ever happens. Because you never know which post will take off.
