Lynette is the embodiment of the quote.

She saw the massive need for affordable housing while working in the prison system, and when she became unemployed she went to work on her dream.

She signed up for THE GOLD COURSE and wasted little time simply "reading". Instead, she focused on ACTION. She immediately became active in our private Facebook group and once she got some basic understanding of the business model, she started networking and marketing (just as the course teaches).

Did she then apply for all the grants she could find, take out a bunch of loans, and purchase a massive property?

NO!

Once she had her waitlist built up she used her own personal property to start, and slowly moved herself out.

At the time of this interview she was opening her 4th home and bringing home 20,000 per month.

That is small pennies compared to her future earnings.

Her AND her spouse are now focusing on helping her community, making a GREAT living, and expanding her business full time so the sky's the limit!

A little over a year ago we interviewed Orlando after he opened his first home. Listen to it HERE

Amongst many other topics, we spoke about an issue that many of our members struggle with: Negotiating with Real Estate Investors.

Orlando was able to get into his first property by negotiating with a Property Management Company and things were looking very promising for him with all of the connections he had made with local Social Service Organizations that NEEDED operators like himself in the area.

Fast forward a little over a year...

Orlando has opened TWELVE PROPERTIES

All leased, with very little of his own funds tied into the business

He built up such a GREAT relationship with his Real Estate Investors AND connections in his area for tenant referrals (nonprofits, social service organizations, homeless shelters etc)...

That one of his investors is building an APARTMENT COMPLEX for him!!!!

This was all done while ALSO working a full time job!

We were absolutely blown away by the progress that Orlando has made in 1 year and are excited to see his future.

Long story short...

Andy was a struggling landlord, basically losing money every month on his properties. The affordable housing issue is at a CRISIS level now, but even 20 years ago he saw the writing on the wall.

He wondered if there was a way to help out the community AND solve some of the problems he was having with his rental properties.

And he was right!

He was able to quit his corporate gig, amass an extensive portfolio of properties, and eventually start LOANING money.

His Group Home Biz was the cash vehicle that fueled all of this.

Over the last year or 2 he began liquidating a lot of his properties and "retire".

We use the air quotes because he is basically cashing out, and now concentrating it all into hotels and apartment complexes.

He's able to use his connections built from the Group Home business to STILL get guaranteed checks for his units, subsidized by Uncle Sam, and still have a massive positive influence on the communities that he serves.
