The Giving Starts With You Podcast is all about helping men and women discover inner peace, strength and self-love through giving to themselves so that they may be able to give to others. From time to time I will be bringing on guests who will share stories of how they gave to themselves resulting in the ability to serve others.
My hope is that this show will help you see that you are not alone in your struggles. We all face difficult challenges in our lives at one time or another but we don't always feel seen or heard. I see you! You are not alone! I hope this show empowers you and makes you feel that you are VISIBLE, VALIDATED and VICTORIOUS!
Sometimes we just need to quiet the noise around us so that we may really FEEL, HEAR and DISCOVER what we are passionate about and start healing from the inside out.
My ultimate goal is for you to live your life authentically and live it the way you want to. In 2005, I learned that life is just too short to waste so let yourself shine and do what makes you happy!
