Let's manifest with Amy Rubin's ManifestLETS

11/02/21 • 36 min

Girls Who Do Stuff

Amy is an experienced educator turned Educational Mindfulness Consultant. After completing her MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) certification, she left the classroom and started Mindful SELFF (social-emotional learning for friends and families) to combat the stress/anxiety epidemic affecting students younger and younger. She offers Professional Development for Educators, Mindfulness Consulting for School Districts, Student Assemblies, and group/individual mindful mentoring/tutoring to reach the greatest audience and share my Mindful Approach to Living and Learning to promote Compassion, Resilience, and Joy in the Human Experience!

Through years of practicing mindfulness in the classroom and at home, I have created a variety of strategies to:

  • Help relieve stress and anxiety
  • Boost concentration and focus
  • Improve mood, happiness, and self-esteem

We talk about her father's diagnosis and passing and what stuck with her throughout the process. There was so much pain and suffering that she thought that there had to be some good that came out of it. That's where the idea of ManifestLETS! was born.

These bracelets have a manifest barrel that allows you to write down and keep it with you throughout the day.

Wish it...Wear it...Manifest it!

For every ManifestLETS that is sold one is gifted for someone in need. We talk about what that looks like and how they identify the people who may be in need.

We talk with Amy about her decision to leave the classroom as a teacher to step into the next chapter of her story.
