One sunny day in Jacksonville, Florida, it literally came to life. Kenny and his friends from Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) floated over two concrete structures that had been sunk only 18 months prior. As their boat floated over the location, its fish finders went crazy and their depth finders turned bright red showing the St Johns River now had two new living reefs.
