Rumination is a Survival Response!
In this episode, I share my insight on Rumination as a Survival Response.

1. Name 3 things I can see with the Colour White?
Label each thing you can see, Say it out loud or write it down.

Label each thing you can see, Say it out loud or write it down.
3. Name 3 things I can touch?
Label each thing you can see, Say it out loud or write it down, include texture - soft, smooth, hard, rough, warm etc.
