INDYCAR's Alex Palou

Alex Palou drives the No.10 NTT DATA Honda in the INDYCAR series for Chip Ganassi Racing for his second season. Born in Spain, the 24 year-old phenom has won a Super Formula Championship race in 2019 and competed at the All-Japan Formula 3 championship in 2017, and now he leads the INDYCAR series in points. Lindsay Berra talks with Alex about how he eats and trains to literally fuel performance.
