We're tasting a couple of new menu additions - Pomegranate glazed salmon atop celeriac mash alongside confit fennel and celery and grape salad w pine nuts and Chicken harissa – airline breast over red harissa aioli sauce w fresco peppers and Middle Eastern spices and a crust of Mediterranean spices w sesame and sumac cumin coriander and thyme over pearled couscous pineapple chutney topped w grilled carrots. As Chef Tony says a few minutes in, "That's gonna be a good bite!" You'll agree starting in early February when these items and others appear on the Inn's dinner menu. (But don't wait to make your rezzies for Valentine's Day!)
