EP102: Excess estrogen might be preventing you from losing weight Are you struggling with excess estrogen? ‘Estrogen Dominance’ is a type of hormonal imbalance where the body has too much estrogen in relation to progesterone. In this episode, I share how I was able to transition my online presence from a healthy living blogger to functional nutrition (FDN-P) entrepreneur. It definitely wasn't easy, and I struggled for years before hiring a business coach. At times, I felt defeated, frustrated, and confused.
