Fertile Ground: A mind-body approach to getting pregnant - without it taking over your life.

Why do you (we) get so disappointed when things don’t go according to plan? Here’s the 2 answers I can come up with: Because we believe that things should have gone according to plan. Because we think we know best. And here’s the thing about thoughts...When they don’t make our bodies feel good – like the thought, “I should know the way.” cause it makes me feel super icky and shame myself – we get to change them. Because if we are honest, we have to admit that things don’t go according to plan... often. For everyone. Not just you. So we can spend our lives wishing life would answer our plans. Even when our baby comes... we’ll keep resisting life’s twists/turns/new opportunities. ORRRRR We can spend our lives learning to trust the unfolding of the Universe... even when things don’t go according to plan. If both roads led to your baby, which would you choose? The fight, the battle, the shaming and blaming yourself when shit doesn’t go to plan? Or the “Everything is always working out for me” truth? I get that our brains need some convincing to let go of OUR plans. So I recorded a podcast to help you create safety around teaching your mind and body to trust the unfolding on the journey to your baby. Not just to get pregnant, but because I want you to get your life back. I want you to feel joy every day. And I want you to have compassion for yourself when the unexpected (gifts) presents itself. Listen to this week’s podcast: The JOY of things not going to according to plan. Where you’ll learn: To validate your need for control. How to have a HEALTHY sense of control over your fertility journey (it’s not about feeling powerless. I want you to feel powerful as fuck). Use these change-of-plans-moments to actually build MOMENTUM towards your baby. Listen now!

Episode 106 - How to make focus FUN!

The distractions available to us in 2023 are insane. I mean.. It’s wild what we can do and how distracted we can become, with this one small device. I was reading somewhere that the superpower of 2023 in our world of distractions and insane list of to-do’s is: Focus. And it has never been more challenging to do that. I spent so many years dabbling with free fertility stuff on the internet. Throwing things against the wall to see what sticks. It wasn’t working. It only kept me confused and my energy scattered.I knew I needed to focus and be more intentional with my time, money and energy..., but I didn’t know how to do that without feeling bored out of my fucking mind. Today, I’m going to teach you how I do this in this week’s podcast: How to make focus FUN. You’re going to learn: What gets in the way of you focusing. How to get clear on WHAT exactly to focus on. The 5 steps I use to focus to keep it fun and fresh (#5 is my favorite) I want you to know that focus doesn’t mean locking yourself in your room and studying something boring until you can’t keep your eyes open anymore. I know that’s what we’ve been taught (and maybe did in college) but it doesn’t have to be that way. Focus can feel like this deep spiritual connection to the highest intention of what you want to create – your baby – and is a daily-life-giving-energy that gives you access to the truly endless possibilities unfolding in your future.Focus ADDS more fun to your life. Episode 108 - Kathy’s summer of finding herself (and getting pregnant at 44!)

I just recorded a stellar podcast with my client Kathy. Kathy wanted to go into last summer of ‘22 with a strong intention to reconnect with herself. Because: She had just been through 3 FETs that didn’t take. She felt like a failure. And didn’t know why it didn’t work after she did everything “right”. She instinctively knew that she had to come back to herself. So she signed up for my program Fertility Mind-Body Mastery and she shares with you today, what she learned to: Stop deflecting her own needs, by trying to “fix” other people’s problems. Let go of the all shame she felt from having 3 failed transfers. How she felt ready to do IVF again. Get pregnant with a fresh embryo transfer at 43 years old! I know you’ll relate to so much of what she has to say. And that’s part of the healing... that’s a huge piece to letting go of the shame. Knowing you’re not the only one in the world feeling the way you feel and going through this confusing journey. So listen and feel inspired to Kathy’s incredible story to herSELF (and her baby girl!)
