As you’ll soon find out, Bant Breen is a dynamic person. And we explored several topics in this discussion from navigating the covid crisis, building a remote culture, and the importance of diversity, inclusion, and equity. We also talk about what it takes to be an entrepreneur and the importance of thought leadership - how to find yourself and cultivate clear points of view.
In part one of this interview, Bant shared how his inspiration in marketing and advertising was born through a school trip he took when he was 10-years old. He started his first advertising agency when he was 16 and learned that there is more to building a business than having a great business card. Bant fought the pressure to become a lawyer so he could pursue his passion which led him to a long career in marketing and advertising before self-diagnosing what he calls 'entrepreneurs disease', which ultimately led him to leaving the corporate world as an employee and building Qnary, which was named one of Inc. Magazine's fastest growing companies.
