This week we are talking all about that little voice inside your head telling you you're not good enough, smart enough, good looking enough. Tell it to shut it!
Whether you learned it from your parents, or you developed that little voice later in life, we all could use some coping mechanisms to turn that little voice off, or at least flip the script to something positive!
Monica and Aja are talking about their own inner voices, where they came from, and different ways they deal with them.
We hope you walk away from this episode with an inner voice that tells you how amazing you really are (unless you are actually an asshole).
Happy listening!

Not a very scientific approach to mental health, but it’s great that the hosts are cultivating a safe space where you can negotiate feelings around mental health issues. Not in love with how they inadvertently alluded to men being emotionally stunted at the top, but I get it. It’s not entirely inaccurate and ultimately I think they accomplish what they set out to. Congrats!

Another excellent episode. If my dad wrote down all his negative thoughts in a day, he'd write a novel a week.
