Eternal Paradigm - The Human Experience

What part of yourself have you or society convinced you that you need to cut out, get rid of, eliminate or suppress in order for you to move on to create happiness and be the best you? - Benson F

I had the opportunity to have a conversation with a transformation life coach who combines coaching, phycology and religious learning to help his clients. The wisdom that is shared by Coach Benson Fox is incredibly interesting and there's so much to learn too.
The question he is asking you is definitely going to get you thinking.
This conversation is an exploration, where I get to ask Benson questions about himself, his learning and his personal journey. We talk a little about the religious perspective on happiness that he has looked at closely. You will hear many different things come up and I know that a lot of it will be helpful to you in your journey to find you.
Benson said, "You can't delete or get rid of any part of you, even if you wanted to and it wouldn't work well for you because you'd be missing a key advisor who is advocating on a policy of what makes you, you."

Facing death in so many direct ways. The Curious Human - Atif K

In life we’re “schooled” into believing that you find your path and you stick to it. But that’s not true. You know that, as much as I do. You are not just one aspect or one avatar in life and how you explore all of these different avenues or manifestations should be done with a huge level of curiosity!

My guest in this episode is a seriously curious soul. Legacy and authenticity are so important to him. I am delighted to be joined by Atif Khan.
He transformed his mindset and his physical self and has gone from being overweight to becoming a fitness model. In this powerful transformation conversation, Atif shares that moment when tragedy struck. The depth of the pain where he served a year in prison for a driving offence that resulted in the unfortunate and untimely death of his best friend.

He opens up about this experience and how he has learned to use the learning from this difficult time for deep reflection, personal growth and to improve his life. From the darkness, there comes light and Atif’s dedication to his friend is a beacon of that light.
Facing death in so many direct ways has really made Atif think clearly about what he wants to be remembered for and what his life's legacy is going to be.

The Accidental Remissionist: One woman's story on living with and overcoming Diabetes Type 2 - Shivali M

In this heartfelt and deep exploration into the journey and life of Shivali Modha, she shares her story on conquering diabetes and speaks of what she has learned, what she has lost and how she has empowered herself to dig deep and use pain and heartache to fuel her ambition to be a healthier mother, wife, sister and daughter.
Against all expectations and cultural norms Shivali has found her feet and her voice to help other women, especially Asian women and women from BME communities to look at their health as their valued treasure and wealth and be strong enough to push aside cultural perceptions and restrictions.
In this conversation my guest shares her discoveries and experiences that have helped her change and evaluate who she is and who she wants to be for herself and for her daughters.
