My body just shut down because I wasn't paying attention to my feelings and I wasn't paying attention to the signals my body was sending. I think if I knew how to listen to my body or knew how to do it before it wouldn't have gone that far. - Eva M

Reflections 2020. The year I showed up for me after a lifetime of being lost - Urmi R
"At the time I was incredibly disconnected. Not only from myself and what was my life but also from where life had taken me to. I was a passenger on a boat out at sea. There was no direction..." U Raval

...your soul is screaming at you, but you know what you don't want to listen, you're going to be in a place that you don't want to be in... - Rina R
If you are looking to start yoga or if you think that yoga isn't for you, then think again.
Listen to this episode to discover how yoga could be a part of a transformative journey for you just as it has been for my guest.
It took a seriously long and bumpy road, to say the least, for Rina Rawal to finally give into her calling and sign up to a yoga teacher's training course.
The conversation goes to the beginning of Rina's first encounter with yoga as a teenager where she felt like it was "coming home", then once more her rekindled connection to yoga in her third pregnancy where her world went from black and white to colour.
The yoga teacher shares her views and believes that anyone who feels that they have arrived at a place where they have learned all yogic wisdom may need to take a step back and rethink this, she says, "Even though I have been teaching, I have not arrived."
Rina's story is a lived upheaval where an array of physical manifestations in the form of body trauma showed her that she was not listening to her true calling, and how these events opened up new doorways for her to encounter life in a familiar yet totally unfamiliar footing.
