There are narratives we pick up as we go through life, from family, community, our society and the world at large. These narratives are often formed from others experiences and shared with the best of intentions. Other times they are narratives that have settled into the collective as unconscious thought patterns meant to control behavior and handed down with little to no inquisition. Either way, these narratives, more times than not, hold us back from a life of joy and fulfillment. Learn about how to recognize your own stories and the some of the reasons you may be allowing them to hold you back.
