From a spiritual perspective fear is one of the biggest resistors to creating a life of joy, abundance and love. It keeps us trapped in our current life more than any other emotion. In this episode, I cover the all the important information about our fear response and how to start to get a hold on your own fear so you can take full control of your life and where you are heading.
