
Enneagram Harmonic Groups - The Emotional Realness or Reactive Group Triad - Types 4, 6, & 8

In this episode, we'll be talking about the Enneagram Harmonics Groups continuing with The Emotional Realness Triad (Sometimes called the Reactive Group) - Enneagram Types 4, 6, and 8s. Don Riso and Russ Hudson developed The Harmonic Triads (The Wisdom of the Enneagram). The Harmonic Groups address the coping style or conflict-resolution strategies of all nine Enneagram types. The three Enneagram Harmonic Groups are broken down into the Positive Outlook Group(2,7,9), the Competency Group (1,3,5), and the Emotional Realness Group (4,6,8). Types 4, 6, and 8 all want their feelings and opinions to be known. In times of disappointment or conflict, their problem-solving approach is to lay their cards on the table and get real real. Deep down, they want a truthful, straightforward response from others matching their own intensity.
