Today we are diving into the importance of listening to our body and letting ourselves recharge!! We talk about the three things our body needs to be charged and we reallllyyyy highlight sleep!! I know when we are young we get home from a long day we don't want to take a nap because we want to actually play and have fun we don't want to give up our freedom! but we have to remember that if we allow ourselves to rest and charge up we get to have that much more energy to put into our fun!!
I hope this perspective on sleep changes the littles minds and helps them see what sleep is actually for!!

(For Littles) What feels the best for you?
Today we are reminding our littles to check in with themselves and embrace their differences! To often we compare ourselves to others and try to be more like other people especially when we are younger. But we need to check back in with ourselves because truly we know what is best for ourselves! We know what feels good and what doesn't so instead of ignoring what our little voice in our head is saying lets start listening to it and using it as a guide!
Just because someone else is doing something one way does not mean that is the way that will work best for you! so instead of trying to become them embrace what works for you!!! We are meant to be different!!
