So real talk→ assume basically means, to accept as truth without checking....

But you have probably also heard a lot of advice around NOT ASSUMING.

& while I think it’s important we really try NOT to ASSUME anything since we can really only control our own THOUGHTS & ACTIONS and we NEVER really know what someone else is thinking or what is going on in THEIR world....

There is ONE assumption we can make DAILY that can contribute to MORE HAPPINESS & feeling MORE EXCITED ABOUT LIFE & PEOPLE that I think you might vibe with that I wanted to share in this PEP TALK EPISODE!

It means... we instead GIVE OURSELVES THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT and say TO OURSELVES,

“I’m doing the very best I can right now.” & that’s ENOUGH. I'M TRYING & THAT MATTERS”.
