Too many of us have been taught that being kind, especially at work or in other positions of leadership is "weak".
But, we will say that again. KINDNESS is a SUPERPOWER.
How can you bring more kindness to your workplace, organization, or leadership style? And, what can get in your way and how to overcome that when you know kindness is the direction for you?
