The book tells the story of Brendan's personal weight loss journey - largely as a memoir, at the same time offering insight into various aspects of the consequences of carrying excess weight Brendan had long tried his best to follow the standard food pyramid advice for many years in order to get healthy, without success. But according to the experts, he just wasn’t trying hard enough.
In under two years, Brendan lost more than 50 kilograms – – after figuring things out in his own way, and has remained weight stable now for over five years.
