I am joined today by a good wine friend of mine, Melissa Worrall. We did our WSET diploma together and now she embarks on the next stage: Master of Wine. There are different stages and she is on Stage 1, so she will explain what is required of her, the types of things she is studying right now in details, and how to deal with the incredibly high financial costs. As she is from South Australia, she is going to be taking us overseas and talking about the main wine regions of this area. We will be comparing several of the main grape varieites and seeing what nuances they have depending on where they grow within South Australia.
