After a whole month of talking with inspiring wine women I wasn't quite ready to stop, so this is a podcast about Champagne and the women who made remarkable changes to this region and the product that we all so famously love. The first part is all about the story of Madame Clicquot. You will learn the techniques and styles that she created, alongside explanations of the sweetness levels in sparkling wines, and what the riddling method is alongside other techniques used in Champagne winemaking.
