Magnus Greaves
10/13/20 • 38 min
Whilst entrepreneurship in motorsport isn’t so common, building a business is something that comes naturally to Magnus Greaves. With his brand new Formula 1-focused magazine, RACEWKND, launching soon, the team aims to celebrate the circuits, cities, and culture of the race weekend and bring the full experience to you, the fans, wherever you are in the world. This chat also sees us talk about the importance of the sport reaching out to those who have the experience of being from an underrepresented group in an industry that is looking to diversify, and Magnus also shares how he felt the very first time he stepped foot into the F1 paddock.

Nile Henry
Inspired by his younger brother’s karting days to set up a disruptive social enterprise, Nile Henry’s ProtoEV Challenge sees teenage students convert used petrol go-karts into fully electric e-karts. Not only championing grassroot motor racing talent, with a focus on female and BAME community participation, The Blair Project also encourages career progression into STEM industries, providing life-changing opportunities to those from underprivileged and underrepresented backgrounds. If that wasn’t exciting enough, the Manchester-born initiative will be working with The Hamilton Commission in the very near future...

Ludovic Pezé
On paper, growing up around the streets of one of Formula 1’s most iconic circuits surely seemed like a fast-track ticket to a career in motorsport for this young Monégasque. But, having focused on his studies and a career elsewhere, Ludovic Pezé's life was turned upside down when he fell seriously ill with meningitis, which would see him in a coma with a year of rehabilitation. Thankfully, Ludovic was given a second chance at life, subsequently chasing his one true passion, and setting up Motors Formula Team for which he is now motorsport consultant, driver agent and business manager. His dual nationality background of French and Mauritian sees him a good fit to represent drivers across Africa and Europe, from Formula E to karting, with the hope of supporting talented racers of colour to reach the very top.
Follow @MFTRacing on Insta and Twitter for driver updates signed to Motors Formula Team and if you want to reach out to Ludo you'll find him at @ludovicpz.
