Dream Power Radio - Bill Stimson – The Effective Way to Get to the Bottom of Your Dreams

Bill Stimson – The Effective Way to Get to the Bottom of Your Dreams

07/20/20 • 30 min

Dream Power Radio
The second most popular question I get after “how do I remember my dreams?” is “what do I need to do to understand what my dreams mean?” One way is to get others to help you by gathering together in a group and talking it out.
On today’s episode of Dream Power Radio, we’re going to discuss one of the most widely used methods for dreamwork in a group, the Ullman Method, with dream expert Bill Stimson. Bill is a protégé of Montague Ullman, one of the foremost experts and educators about dreams in the 20th Century, who spent the last three decades of his life studying and promoting interest in dreamwork during which he created his pioneering system. Bill goes into detail on how the Ullman Method works and tells us:
•who is the ultimate arbiter of your dream
•how this is different from other methods of dream analysis
•why this method is best for understanding your dream
•how many group leaders get it wrong
If you’re curious about how you can best get answers about your dreams, you don’t want to miss this episode of Dream Power Radio.
Bill Stimson has spent decades mastering and teaching the Ullman Method to groups around the work. Currently he teaches experiential dream group courses at Tunghai University and National Chi Nan University in Taiwan, leads free monthly all-day Ullman dream groups in Taipei and Taichung, and leads a weekly Wednesday afternoon dream group in the Counseling Center at Taiwan's National Chi Nan University. He has also written essays and books on dreamwork, including his new book, Glimpses From
Beyond the Ego – Dreams, Zen & Nature. Website: http://www.billstimson.com/

Allanna Pratt – Healing Lessons from the Pandemic

It seems a little counterintuitive that something good can come out of the strange times we’re living in now. A lot of us are in pain, some of us have experienced loss and all of us have questions about how we’re going to navigate through the uncertainty that’s sure to continue for the foreseeable future.
In dreamwork, we say that nightmares are a good thing, that through the dark images comes new clarity and insights that were hidden before we were forced to face them. The same holds true now, although figuring out where to find the light amid the darkness can take some work. That’s where my guest, Allana Pratt comes in. Allana is an intimacy and relationship healer who’s dedicated herself to uncovering the hidden gems in our lives that help us live unapologetically and attract the open-hearted, ideal relationship of our dreams. Allana tells us:
•why you should be thankful for Covid-19
•how to find gratitude when things aren’t going your way
•why pain is good for you
•how to love unconditionally
•how to communicate with the ‘little you’ living inside you
You can’t be a loving support for your loved ones and live the life of your dreams if you don’t cherish yourself first. Find out how in this lively episode of Dream Power Radio.

Kate Yurenda – How to Find the Superhuman in You

We humans are a remarkable species. We have the ability to create whatever we want whenever we want, using all the tools we have within ourselves. People who understand this seem as if they make miracles at the drop of a hat. They find joy in the most unlikely places, pull triumphs out of the depths of defeat and even sometimes heal illnesses that seemed hopeless.
Another trait of these people is that they want others to learn that these characteristics are not limited to a select few. Everyone has the ability to be a superhuman, if they want to be. How? That’s the topic of this week’s episode of Dream Power Radio where I interview energy healer Kate Yurenda. Kate is a Law of Attraction and Qi gong expert who tells us:
•how to get over the feeling of ‘not being worthy’
•how to use movement to raise your energy level
•what it means to be a ‘conscious creator’
•why Law of Attraction often fails and how to avoid these pitfalls
Now is the time to take action to make the most of your life. Learn some valuable tips on this riveting episode of Dream Power Radio.
Kate Yurenda is the founder of Dream Bold Network, a team of people that are dedicated to uniting our world through film production, ancient practices, energy cultivation, interviewing experts, artistic expression, relationship advice, intentional magnetism—and dancing! Kate is also the author of several books, including Spiritual Foreplay and Good Guy, Great Game and the producer of the new film Searching For Superhumans. Website: http://www.dreamboldnetwork.com/
