We all have had daydreams – those ideas that float into our consciousness from time to time. Usually we don’t take much stock in them, and they float away into the ether. What if I were to tell you that you can upgrade your daydreams, to change them from occasional fanciful thoughts to insights that can alter your emotions and beliefs and create a profound shift in your life.

The process is called Flowdreaming, and we dive into the method and the outcomes with its creator, personal growth coach Summer McStravick. Summer came up with the technique over 20 years ago and has helped countless people make meaningful changes in their lives. Summer tells us:

· how her work with Louise Hay and Dr. Wayne Dyer led to her creation of Flowdreaming

· the difference between Flowdreaming and regular daydreaming

· what Flowdreaming does that can’t be done through meditation

· how Flowdreaming can reshape your neural pathways.

· how Flowdreaming creates inner bliss

· how to use Flowdreaming to manifest abundance

Take look at your daytime thoughts in a new light by listening in on this exciting episode of Dream Power Radio.

Meet Summer McStravick, the woman who invented Flowdreaming and founded M.E. School. Summer specializes in the architect of emotions — the language of the universe. As a spiritual coach, she helps you harness Flow so you can program your future and experience unstoppable upleveling and personal inner growth in every aspect of your life. Her latest book is Stuff Nobody Taught You.

Summer McStravick is also known for her extraordinary background as having been hand-selected to work for Louise Hay, where she had the opportunity to develop a “start-up” division within the publishing company Hay House. There she created audio products and programs for a vast network of the world’s greatest spirituality, self-growth teachers and spiritual coaches.

There, Summer dreamed up and built the studios, architecture, framework, and programs for HayHouseRadio.com, one of the first live-broadcast radio networks streamed online. She also created some of the first webinars to reach the public from any company.

In a stroke of pure Flow, Summer was being set up for her future work as a thought-leader, author, spiritual coach, and teacher, as she worked closely with, and was mentored by, Hay House radio talents such as Esther and Jerry Hicks (with Abraham), Suze Orman, Dr. Christianne Northrup, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson, Doreen Virtue, Gregg Braden, Carolyn Myss, Debbie Ford, and many other luminaries in the fields of self-help and spirituality.

It was while at Hay House Radio that Summer McStravick began to share her previously private practice for manifesting, which eventually developed into Flowdreaming® and The Flow Method.

When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, I don’t think even he could have imagined how the harnessing of electricity would revolutionize the world. With all the devices we now have that are powered by electricity, the levels of electricity on Earth are higher than they’ve ever been.
Why is this important to us? Electricity emits waves called EMFs and more and more people are coming to realize that these have an effect on our minds and bodies. One such person is my guest, Justin Frandson. As a Performance Athletic Coach he saw firsthand how wearable devices and the proximity to cell phones were causing injury to his clients and wanted to find out why. What his research shows alarmed him and he shares some of these finds with us, such as:
•how EMFs affect our dreams
•why some people are more susceptible than others
•what devices give off EMFs
•the link between EMFs and fertility
•how EMFs affect sea life
•how to mitigate the effects of EMFs
Anyone who is concerned about their health will want to listen to this powerfully informative episode of Dream Power Radio.
Justin Frandson is an Athleticism Performance Coach that has worked with amateur and professional athletes for over the past few decades. He saw his athletes breaking down from te excessive levels of EMF from their Smart Watches, wireless earbuds and electric cars. He has tested hundreds of homes and clients. He sells the Grounding and Faraday Bags at doctor clinics throughout the country. The Grounding Bags are hand-minded crystals with moisture and magnetic properties to ground and repel EMF, all for a deeper night’s sleep. This is Mother Nature’s way of protecting us from the excessive rollout of man-made radiation, not a man-made device attempting to keep up with other man-made levels. Website: EMFrocks.com

It’s a sad truth that bad things happen to good people. Relationships fail. Loved ones die. Businesses and jobs collapse. We often can’t prevent these events. But we can handle them with more grace and inner peace when we react to them not from fear but from love.
It’s not easy to do this, I realize, which is why we’re fortunate to have guides to lead us to our better selves. James Redfield is the internationally renowned author of The Celestine Prophecy, who wrote the forward to the new book From Crappy to Happy: Sacred Stories of Transformational Joy, edited by Rev. Ariel Patricia and Kathleen O’Keefe Kanavos. Dr. Bernie Siegel has devoted his life to empowering patients to take control of their health and their lives. They join me on this powerful episode of Dream Power Radio and tell us about:
•the transformational power of laughter
•how our dreams help us cope with grief
•why we should seek out synchronicities in our lives
•the wisdom we can receive from our departed loved ones
If you’ve experienced unexpected loss or sadness in your life, you won’t want to miss this inspirational episode of Dream Power Radio.
James Redfield’s The Celestine Prophecy is one of the most successful spiritually related book of all time, spending 74 weeks on The New York Times best seller list. It was followed by three more books in the series and has been rediscovered by a new generation interested in finding a positive conscious solution to the anger and corruption they see in the world around them. James has been the recipient of many awards including Humanitarian of the Year from his alma mater, Auburn University and runs The Celestine Community, a conscious social network. Are you one of those people who skirts around a ladder on a sidewalk instead of walking underneath it? Do you shudder at the sight of a black cat? Does a feeling of dread pour over you when you see Friday the 13th on a calendar?
We all have superstitions—those irrational fears that some object or some event will bring us bad luck. Where do they come from and why do we continue to believe in them, even when our rational mind knows better?
We tackle the world of superstitions with renowned psychic healer Vincent Genna on this episode of Dream Power Radio. Among the topics we discuss:
• Why is Friday the 13th considered an unlucky day?
• What makes us believe in superstitions?
• How can we rid ourselves of groundless beliefs?
• Why affirmations don’t always work
Vincent Genna is an authentic and gifted psychic with the knowledge and experience of a licensed psychotherapist, and the big, charming personality of a showman. He combines his early background as a professional actor and singer, a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and his Hospice experience helping more than 500 patients through the dying process, with his uncanny skills as a metaphysician and psychic medium. The sum total of these experiences and gifts is a Psychic who can guide people not only to recognize what is preventing them from healing or attaining their dreams, but the necessary steps to get there.
If you have a superstition you can’t shake off, this show is for you.

The second most popular question I get after “how do I remember my dreams?” is “what do I need to do to understand what my dreams mean?” One way is to get others to help you by gathering together in a group and talking it out.
On today’s episode of Dream Power Radio, we’re going to discuss one of the most widely used methods for dreamwork in a group, the Ullman Method, with dream expert Bill Stimson. Bill is a protégé of Montague Ullman, one of the foremost experts and educators about dreams in the 20th Century, who spent the last three decades of his life studying and promoting interest in dreamwork during which he created his pioneering system. Bill goes into detail on how the Ullman Method works and tells us:
•who is the ultimate arbiter of your dream
•how this is different from other methods of dream analysis
•why this method is best for understanding your dream
•how many group leaders get it wrong
If you’re curious about how you can best get answers about your dreams, you don’t want to miss this episode of Dream Power Radio.
Bill Stimson has spent decades mastering and teaching the Ullman Method to groups around the work. Currently he teaches experiential dream group courses at Tunghai University and National Chi Nan University in Taiwan, leads free monthly all-day Ullman dream groups in Taipei and Taichung, and leads a weekly Wednesday afternoon dream group in the Counseling Center at Taiwan's National Chi Nan University. He has also written essays and books on dreamwork, including his new book, Glimpses From
Beyond the Ego – Dreams, Zen & Nature. Website: http://www.billstimson.com/

Dream Power Radio - How to Thrive with a Mental Illness
play

11/11/19 • 31 min

Think about the words mental illness. Now close your eyes. What do you see? Chances are, whatever it is, I’ll bet the image is negative.
As a society we put a stigma on mental illness, as if those who are afflicted are somehow “less than”. But that’s a false view and a stereotype that’s being fought by my guest on this episode of Dream Power Radio.
Neesa Sunar was on her way to a career as a professional classical musician when she was diagnosed with a schizophrenic disorder. Rather that let this disease define who she is, she fought back and now helps others suffering with mental illness in her role as a peer specialist. She also writes extensively on the subject and hosts a Facebook forum dealing with mental health issues. In our discussion, Neesa reveals:
• How her diagnosis affected her
• How she helps others on a day to day basis
• Why there is a need for more attention and funding for mental health programs
Over 44 million Americans experience a mental disturbance in any given year and one out of ten live with a chronic serious mental condition. If you want a better understanding of how this affects all of us, don’t miss this important episode of Dream Power Radio.
