In the final episode of season two, it’s a family affair at DISH HQ with Spencer, Vogue and baby Otto.

Angela and Nick host two stars that risked life and limb on reality tv. Now married, these two entrepreneurs have three kids and several podcasts between them: Spencer & Vogue, My Therapist Ghosted Me and 6 Degrees with Jamie and Spencer. Vogue also has her own fake tan range, Bare by Vogue while Spencer has his own low ABV spirits company, CleanCo, available at Waitrose.

Angela cooks some lamb to perfection and makes some tasty cheesy hasselback potatoes, a recipe devised by Waitrose in conjunction with Zaina, 19, as part of the Create not Hate programme*. Spencer and Vogue talk about parenting, their pet peeves and, to satisfy their competitive nature, Nick treats the couple (and us) to a game of Mr. & Mrs.!

*Create Not Hate has partnered with Waitrose and John Lewis to continue with their mission to improve access to the creative industry for young people from a range of diverse backgrounds, who may not have considered a career in the industry or could use support to get started with their career.

Nick and Angela will be back in early April with brand new episodes of DISH.

Please keep your dilemmas coming to [email protected] and Angela will try and answer them on season three.

undefined - Phil Wang, beef & broccoli noodles and a beer

Phil Wang, beef & broccoli noodles and a beer

Nick and Angela welcome British-Malaysian comic Phil Wang.

While studying Engineering at Cambridge, Phil got a sniff of stand-up comedy and was hooked. In 2010 and 2011, he was voted funniest student in the UK and the MBA his mother had always dreamed of, was no longer on the table.

Phil has mastered all mediums, with Netflix specials and comedy panel shows like Taskmaster and Have I Got News For You under his belt. He has written a book, Sidesplitter: How to Be from Two Worlds at Once and has also made us laugh aurally, with programmes on BBC Radio 4 and a podcast series called BudPod with fellow comedian Pierre Novellie.

Wang In There, Baby, is Phil’s brand new tour, hitting the UK and Ireland in March.

Infamous for rating local Asian restaurants on twitter while on tour, Phil keeps Angela on her toes as she carefully prepares some spicy beef and broccoli noodles. Nick pairs the dish with a lager, Birra Moretti.

As series two of DISH draws to a close, this penultimate episode is FULL of laughs! Phil pitches what he believes is the best meal of the day, Nick shares what Jennifer Saunders once said to him backstage and Angela confesses that she cannot be trusted with your kitchen appliances.

Rob Delaney and a braised leg of lamb with mint, parsley & almond pesto

Dish is back! Season three kicks off with US comedian, writer and author, Rob Delaney.

Twitter launched Rob Delaney’s career in comedy and in 2012 he was named Funniest Person on Twitter by Comedy Central. In 2014, Rob and his wife Leah moved their family from Santa Monica to North London so he could co-write and co-star in Catastrophe with Sharon Horgan. The show ran for four series and the pair won a BAFTA for best comedy writer in 2016. Sadly, not long after, Rob’s son Henry was diagnosed with a brain tumour and, at just two and a half, he died. In 2022, Rob released a memoir, A Heart that Works; a deeply moving depiction of the grief that Rob’s family and other families endure and the love that ultimately saves their lives.

To mark Easter and a brand new season, Angela serves Rob a leg of lamb with a delicious mint, parsley and almond pesto, broccoli, green beans and new potatoes. The meal is paired with a Blueprint Rioja, Posadas Hisapanas. Rob discusses his passion for peanut butter, what Tom Cruise is like on set and why he’d rather get naked than cook dinner with his wife.

A Heart that Works is available now and Rob Delaney stars in Mission Impossible 7, out this summer.
