Dirt Road Journeys - When You Carry a Toolbox but Also Need a Briefcase

When You Carry a Toolbox but Also Need a Briefcase

Dirt Road Journeys

We need tradies, as they're called in Australia - those who make their living with tools, skill and craftsmanship.

There was a time when the big push was to get a university degree, and working in the skilled trades was a plan B or C.

Thankfully, that's changing, but those tradespeople are often also trying to be small business operators, and there isn't a lot of overlap in knowledge and skill set.

Sam Maxton helps with that and more.

Listen to find out how.

Sam Maxton is passionate about helping people succeed personally and professionally. One of his goals each year is to impact 1000 people's lives. He creates impacting and inspirational relationships for collaboration advocacy and good times.

At Business Sight, Sam solely works with trades and builders in Australia and New Zealand taking them through the most comprehensive training program in Australia to help them to be as good at business as they are at their trade. He and his colleagues work with them to build better business structures and work more efficiently. They work on Time, Team, Financials, Growth, Structure & Reputation Management, with well over 60 specialists who are industry focused to gain the best clarity for their clients.

Sam is also an advisor to his partner's business, JSM Solutions, where they educate business owners that admin procedures don't have to be a burden. They help create and implement processes and procedures for businesses and train staff so the operation runs smoothly.
