Season 2 pits General Zod's military might—which comes to include DOOMSDAY—against Val-El's rebels on the moon Wegthor. Meanwhile, Seg returns from the Phantom Zone, encounters intergalactic bounty hunter LOBO, frees himself from BRAINIAC's influence, meets his son (JOR-EL), and asks his father if he'd care to step outside.
