So today's podcast stems from a recent coaching course that I was actually on. I was just over in Hawaii on an intensive training program. And the whole point of that program was to make my coaching experience better for my clients. And there was a subject that we discussed there that I thought was actually really transferrable over into the construction industry and that was onboarding clients.
