Dear Runner Bod,

I am sharing my experience during my second trimester while training for my half marathon. I talk about how I changed my training plans by listening to my body and rest when needed. I did feel more fatigue this trimester than during my first trimester. I talked about what I changed nutritionally during second trimester to support my pregnancy. I also got the urge to pee constantly on my runs and I talk about how I handled it.
