You don't get a nick name like Hot Rod Bob without a few stories. Bob Beck is a Californian car guy who's followed his passion his whole life. When people have said to him "you can't do that!" his response has been "just watch me!"
He's pretty much done it all in the car world; built and modified cars, worked for BMW and Nissan, written about cars and even raced them. He's hosted a TV show, been a journalist for various magazines and event been a commentator following in the footsteps of his heroes!
This episode is a first for Danny P on Cars! It's the first time I've worked with a guest I didn't know! My thanks to Bob for his time and for sharing his story with me!

Chances are that if you're in the Seattle car community you know Matt Adair, but you may not know his story! Matt is a regular at events and the track. I dig into his motivations to start a car podcast and how he uses it as a vehicle to promote local talent and fellow car lovers. Why do we spend hours creating build at manufacturer's website?
Cars should be about more than just getting A to B. My mission with this podcast is to share more about our tribe.
