Do you ever hear the saying, "A New Year, A New You!"  So . . . our old self was not up to par?  Do we need to make a change on how we look at the beginning of the year?  

Let's make 2021 different and focus on how we think about ourselves instead of all about how we look or are "supposed" to look.  

How do you make the mindset shift when we are bombarded with ads for promoting the latest and greatest diet?  It takes time, practice and a little grace.  Let me explain . .  .

I also do a brief overview of fad diets and what they promise.  They promise amazing things but will it work for you? Can you make these habits sustainable? 

And probably my favorite part of the podcast is talking a little bit about a couple of my clients and how they are making the mind shift change.  It is WONDERFUL!  Join me on this discussion!
