In a world that can sometimes feel distant and cold, it's comforting to realize that to find your best advocate you only need to look in the mirror. You are guaranteed to always be by your side for the rest of your life. But sometimes life tosses us curve balls and it can be difficult to get back in touch with yourself on a healthy level. In this episode of Curves Welcome, my special guest Leslie Lindsey Davis joins me and we chat about ways to nurture the best friend within.
A little about Leslie, she’s published 5, almost 6, books, her first one being “You Can’t Eat Love: how learning to love yourself can change your relationship with food.” This book is in the Amazon top 20 in at least 2 categories since its release in January. After much reflection and experience, Leslie is on a mission to help others find their WHY to go on any journey of self-discovery, introduce them to their very best friend in the whole wide world, learn to love themselves, and live their best life.

As many of you may know, changing what is on our inside, changes what we see on the outside, so it is Ann's belief that we can not only change our personal world, but also our collective world.
Ann has a YouTube channel where she shares her journey, explains the connection between the physical and the spiritual, and will be posting videos of how to change the pressing issues of our time. Her book, A Pathway to Insight, details her journey and breaks down the steps she took to attain what she calls Insight, or the ability to see within the body.
