Silence in Coaching conversations with Jaya Bhateja
01/30/22 • 20 min
In the latest episode, I explore silence in coaching conversations with Jaya Bhateja who is Master Certified Coach (MCC) from ICF and ICF's former board of directors. She has been coaching and mentoring leaders for the past 10 years. She is also my mentor, coach and trainer.
We are not very comfortable in silence most of the times. As Coaches, we need to be comfortable in silence. Jaya mentions how silence is the fabric of the conversation.
