The Unsent Letter..... I believe everyone has an unsent letter inside of them. Maybe your unsent letter is to your ex,
a deceased parent or even an institution. You may think you don't have any suppressed emotions hidden inside that you
weren't able to express, but you may. And writing a unsent letter in your journal could be the key to freedom in your present relationships. It's proven that suppressed negative emotions can cause health problems. It's time to be released.

Alarm...I hate you.
Alarm Anxiety. You probably have it. I did. yknow that annoying sound once your alarm goes off and you gotta get up and adult. Ugh.
I use to have alarm anxiety until I changed my alarm from the default alarm on my phone to "Kusangi by Odesza". This has helped me in starting the day right and lowered my all around anxiety levels.
Try it! Change your alarm from a blaring obnoxious sound to a more calming relaxing sound or motivational speech for 7 days and see if you notice a difference.
