One question that comes up is what did I eat while losing weight and how do you eat healthy now?

So how is the best way to continue eating healthy?

First off, there are non-negotiables. These are the must dos in healthy living. Without these, you might as well throw in the towel.

  • Water
  • Decide - Commit - Plan - Prep - Take AIM
  • Stop making excuses

The K.I.S.S. ~ 8 Eating Strategies to Healthy Living!

  1. Food journal
  2. Don't drink your calories
  3. Start your day with breakfast
  4. Healthy snacks
  5. Eat frequently, but not to full
  6. Read labels
  7. Cook what you eat
  8. Pack your lunch
