Hope is defined (as a verb) to look forward to with desire and reasonable confidence; To believe, feel, desire or trust that something may happen.

Where is your hope today? Are you Living Asymmetrically Under Guided Hopelessness (L.A.U.G.H.)? Maybe you're experiencing burnout, loss of energy, anxiety, lack of trust, disillusioned, struggling...all symptoms of Acute LAUGH. And there are many more.

Now that you know what you have, what's your next step?

  1. Write down (with complete freedom) all that you are feeling.
  2. If you want, send it to me, even anonymously to [email protected]
  3. Continue to write over the next few days.
  4. Look back and read what you've written. If there is a concern, REACH OUT. I am here to serve YOU!

You seem to be walking in grey skies with lots and lots and lots and lots of clouds. All you see are valleys. There is NO hope or maybe it's just that you're overwhelmed.

What happens when you focus on the overwhelm or grey skies? The dismal fog seems to thicken even more. So what can you do?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Be a RAINBOW in someone else's cloud!

  1. Take the focus off you.
  2. Direct your energy to giving a smile to someone else.
  3. Your moment will become your RAINBOW.
  4. Rinse and Repeat!

I believe in YOU!!! The tough times will pass. Being the rainbow will lighten the heavy burden.

What is it that STOPS you from moving forward, growing in who you are, all because of the concerns of others opinions that you have no control over.

The K.I.S.S. ~ ASK for HELP!

  1. Think about your goal, one goal at a time.
  2. Identify the problem that has you STUCK.
  3. What ONE thing can you do to move you forward?
  4. Once that is defined, ASK for HELP!
  5. Rinse and Repeat!

You can do anything you set your mind to. Don't let someone else's opinions (or what you think might be their thoughts) hold you back from being your best selfie!
