Kenosha Shooting Suspect Kyle Rittenhouse – Extradition Hearing
10/15/20 • 33 min
17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse returned to a courtroom last week to fight his extradition from Illinois to Wisconsin, where he faces multiple felony charges for killing two people and severely injuring another. Interstate extradition is usual a simple procedural matter, but Rittenhouse is a minor and that has complicated things. Court TV’s Julia Jenae has been following this story from the beginning and will join us to share the latest developments. Is this a case Wisconsin prosecutors can even win? Host Vinnie Politan has his doubts, but friend of the podcast, attorney Monica Lindstrom, believes it’s a slam dunk under the right circumstances and will tell us why. Get the latest updates on CourtTV.com and catch Vinnie and the entire team live weeknights 8-11pm on Court TV Live.
