
Nurturing Yourself on Low Frequency Days

As busy entrepreneurs, we can not operate at a 100% high frequency all of the time and learning that it’s perfectly okay to acknowledge this will help you navigate it with ease! We talk about the challenges that might come when vibrating at a different frequency than your partner, steps you can take in your day to get organized and releasing the pressure to get everything done. Regulating your nervous system and resting to avoid burnout should be at the top of your priority list.
