Special Edition: Coronavirus, masks and antibodies plus meat roll recipe!

In today’s episode, Dr. Marta Katalena and Chef Candil continue the conversation about coronavirus, the use of masks for children and antibodies. And, as always, they give you a delicious recipe to make with your kids!

Ingredients for meat roll:

• 1 Lb of ground beef or chicken

• 5 medium white potatoes (boil with skin)

• 1⁄2 onion chopped

3 garlic cloves minced

1⁄2 cup green bell pepper chopped

1⁄2 cup red pepper chopped

• Salt, pepper, oregano or Italian herbs or basil

• 1⁄2 cup of tomato sauce

2 cups of grated cheese

• 50 ml of EVOO

• 1 egg

For the tomato sauce:

· 2 cups of fresh spinach

· 2 cups of tomato sauce
