Celebrate mom with a special and easy "breakfast in bed" that dad can make with the children before she wakes up! She will love the gesture and the food, trust us!

In this episode, we continue the conversation about children, anxiety and the coronavirus. Will the anxiety leave once we everything goes back to "normal"?

Ingredients for mom's breakfast:

CHOCOLATE ROLLS:

  • 2 tbsp of melted chocolate
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp of cinnamon and almond meal (you can substitute with sugar)
  • 1/2 tbsp of butter

AVOCADO TOAST WITH POACHED EGG:

  • Half avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 toast
  • Cheese of your choice
  • (Optional) tomatoes, lemon juice, cilantro and onion

GRANOLA GLASS:

  • Granola
  • Greek yogurt
  • Honey
  • Mom's favorite fruit

Parents have been asked to provide their own snacks for their children, and Chef Fer brings you three easy snack recipes to make at home.

INGREDIENTS for Fruit Roll-Ups:

  • 3 cups of strawberries
  • brown sugar (optional)

INGREDIENTS for Petit Suisse:

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 Jello envelope
  • 400 gr of Mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • 50 gr of sugar

INGREDIENTS for Cheese Crackers:

  • 100 grs of cheddar cheese
  • 200 grs of bread flour
  • 200 grs of butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp of milk
  • 1 Tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of yellow mustard

2 cups of grated cheese

• 50 ml of EVOO
