One of the misconceptions I think is perfectly normal to have about nurturing a new way of being - so confident, patient, present, self trusting - is that we're generating something from the outside in.

It's like there is this reservoir outside of us, and we're hoping to gather up some of that and bring it to ourselves, so we become a "better” person.

But it's actually the other way around. You already have the capacity within you for confidence, patience, presence, and self trust. Let's discuss in today's episode!
