It was a pleasure meeting with Robin. She introduced me to the darkness and the challenges that eating disorder is in your everyday life. She was open to sharing everything and I am thankful for that. Thank you Robin. In her own words:

Ep.117 - Cassie
My conversation with Cassie has taught me a lot about self-deprecation and self-perception of ourselves. This is such an eye opener to realize how much we can see ourselves in such a bad way while, as I told Cassie, if we would ask the people that are around us at the same time this self-deprecation happens, they would most probably talk of you positively and would never have known that we have this self-image.
This was a great conversation of her upbringing and substance consumption to embracing her passion and living her dream life.

Ep.119 - Bobbie
Meeting with Bobbie was a refreshing experience in a way that I don't often have the opportunity to discuss what I would describe as a dry addiction: gambling doesn't, at his first look, alter your brain as does alcohol or drugs. Despite it, Bobbie has share with me how she felt under a gambling spell.
Recovery has changed through the years, and Bobbie’s experience with Gamblers Anonymous, inpatient treatment, self development , and working with the Center for Problem have helped her develop her own spin on living a bet free healthy courageous life.
