How peoples intentionally ‘kind’ words didn’t help her
Her experience with an energy healer after her third child
How she uses reframing to handle her guilt
The process of dealing with her dad’s cancer
What manifestation means to her
How she has used manifestation for herself in personal and professional life
The CRACK method and how to use it
