This week Marc discusses a case he was called to as a patrol officer, which has stuck with him for nearly 20 years. Vayola Hercules was violently murdered by her boyfriend, Emmanuel Etienne. Etienne attempted suicide after the murder but survived and is now rightfully serving 45 years to life in a Florida state prison.
