Fear is a natural human emotion when someone feels threatened by real or perceived danger. Fear can lead to stress, anxiety, and helplessness. Why do people react differently when faced with the same situation? What is the best way to tackle fear? In today's episode, Sharran shares a 5-question process that will help you move forward even when you are afraid. This framework was developed within a Mastermind Group composed of entrepreneurs who run 9-figure companies. So the next time you are afraid, you will know what to do. But first of all, make sure to do this exercise on paper. Don't keep your fears inside your head. That's the first thing you have to remember.
