Introduction
Everywhere I look, I see more and more people that are completely burned out. It doesn't matter who you are. Collectively, our culture of success as defined by money and titles, along with employers that reward and expect long hours, little vacation time, and production over personnel, has led to intelligent, hard working professionals grappling with relationship, health, and productivity issues. Burnout is insidious and does not happen overnight. If you are burned out, put this podcast on and breathe. I will distill the research and information on everything wellbeing and discuss how I integrated these into my busy life. Take a few minutes just for you and glean a tip that may just be the thing you need to help break out of the cycle of burnout.
